Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 WAT. A person reads every enquiry. Automatic confirmations do not count as our reply.

We check the fit
We look at the problem, budget, timeline, and who will make decisions. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Free discovery call
A 20 to 30 minute Zoom call to understand the problem, why it matters now, and the result you want.

Scope
We confirm requirements, deliverables, timeline, and price. Larger or unclear scopes may start with paid scoping or consultation.
- 06
Proposal, contract, and invoice
Everything in writing: scope, exclusions, responsibilities, price, payment schedule, and acceptance criteria. Valid for 14 days.

Payment clears
Builds start after at least 50% upfront. Consultation and training are paid in full before delivery.

Your client account opens
One place for your engagement status, documents, milestones, invoices, and the actions we need from you.

Delivery begins
Onboarding, then the work itself, with progress shown at agreed review points.
How a build runs
Seven steps. No surprises.
A smaller complete build normally takes 4 to 8 weeks after scope approval. Larger systems take 8 to 16 weeks or more, delivered in phases.

Scope
We define the complete build: what is included and excluded, responsibilities, timeline, and price. Proposals are valid for 14 days.

Design
We map the workflow, data, permissions, screens, integrations, and the acceptance criteria you will sign off.

Build
We build the agreed system and show you progress at set review points, so there are no surprises at the end.

Before launch
Test
Functional, integration, and security checks, then your team tests it against the acceptance criteria.

Launch
We deploy, configure, train your users, and hand over access and documentation.

Support
We fix covered defects during the agreed support period, then propose any next phase separately.

We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act, give each person the least access they need, and never send your data to third-party AI tools without your approval.
