What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, website or social page if you share it, the service you are interested in, your timeline, how you heard about us, and your description of what you need.

We do not use advertising cookies. If we measure website visits, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify you personally.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
• To decide whether we are a good fit and prepare a proposal, at your request.
• To keep an accurate record of our conversations about scope, price, and timelines.

Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored on our own server and sent to our team by email through Amazon Web Services. These providers process data for us under their own security obligations. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the engagement and our legal, tax, and accounting obligations require.

How we protect it

We limit access to the people who need it, protect our systems with access controls and encryption in transit, and log sensitive administrative actions.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@hiddekellabs.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
