Our own marketing and enrolment system for AI Literacy Academy's free masterclass and paid programmes. It runs funnel pages, registration, automated emails, live class rooms and an AI chat assistant, on top of the academy's learning platform.

Before
The situation
- The first version tried to cover everything, and most of it went unused.
- Page changes were made by editing the live database with one-off scripts.
- Prices, discount codes and revenue were kept in both the marketing system and the learning platform, so figures could drift apart.
What we built
One system for the whole operation
- 01Funnel pages edited through an in-app AI editor, with draft, preview, publish and rollback.
- 02Registration forms with consent checks and contact tags.
- 03An automation engine that sends timed emails and session reminders.
- 04Live class rooms with moderation tools and offers shown during the class.
- 05Lead events sent to Meta through the Conversions API.
- 06Course access granted through the learning platform's API, so prices, payments and access stay in one place.
- 07A light CRM of contacts, tags and activity.
Where AI does the work
Fii AI, a chat assistant on the funnel pages, answers prospects' questions from an approved facts file and enrols a buyer only after a team member confirms payment.
