Before
The situation
- A new brand needed to sell online to both individual buyers and resellers, each with different prices and minimums.
- Delivery fees across Nigeria had to come from the courier's live prices, not guesses.
- Stock arrives in batches, so counts, damage and checks had to be recorded from the start.
- Each parcel needed to be checked by a second person before it left.
What we built
One system for the whole operation
- 01A storefront with product videos, a size guide, a delivery fee calculator and a reseller sign-up page.
- 02Retail and reseller prices, with reseller orders in packs of 10 and a minimum of 50 tshirts.
- 03Stock that changes only through recorded movements and can never go below zero.
- 04Courier bookings with Fez Delivery from the admin, using live prices and printing shipping labels in bulk.
- 05A packing flow where one team picks and issues each order and another team checks and wraps it.
- 06Payment processing fees shown on their own line at checkout.
- 07Permissions set per feature (None, Read or Edit) for a role or for one person.
- 08Cancel and refund for paid orders that have not left, limited to the founders.
