Before

The situation

The programme needed a UK-facing website, checkout and learning platform before its first cohort.
The person following up a lead could not easily see who booked a call, why they booked, and what to do next.
Leads came from webinars, a free project sprint, a quiz and call bookings, and needed one view per person.

What we built

One system for the whole operation

01A public website with programme pages, a free project sprint and clarity call booking.
02Checkout in pounds through Flutterwave, including instalments.
03A learning platform with cohorts, 12-week curricula, live sessions, attendance and certificates.
04A view for instructors to follow their students.
05A sales portal with a daily task list, contacts, clarity calls, call and note logging, and dated follow-ups.
06Automatic, capped sharing of new leads between sellers, within each seller's working hours.
07Sales marked as won only when a verified payment arrives, never from a call outcome alone.
08Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking, plus webinar reminder emails.
