A booking engine that answers questions before guests ask
A booking engine and hotel management system for a beach resort, built to replace a third-party hotel system. Staff are testing it alongside the old system before any switch.

Before
The situation
- Guests were confused by the old booking engine and sent the team many WhatsApp messages.
- Room prices showed maximum occupancy, so guests assumed one price covered a whole group.
- Children were blocked from some rooms with no reason given and no other option offered.
- Unpaid bookings were cancelled after 24 hours, and many guests did not notice the rule.
What we built
One system for the whole operation
- 01Search-first booking with a price calendar, nearby alternatives and multi-room booking.
- 02Quotes for the actual party and number of nights, with meal plans and taxes included in the total.
- 03The age rule for overwater rooms explained in plain words, with other rooms offered.
- 04Instalment payment plans, refunds and a choice of payment providers at checkout.
- 05Admin screens for policies, rates, meal prices and property setup.
- 06Lead capture and abandoned booking recovery, with call logging and links to resume a booking.
- 07Front desk, guest bills (folios), posting charges to rooms, housekeeping and night audit screens, now in staff testing.
- 08A daily check that compares bookings in the new system against the old system's arrival list.
Where AI does the work
A chat concierge answers guest questions, checks availability, holds rooms and creates payment links, using only facts from the booking system.
